In just over a week I'll be taking off to London to visit Madeleine and family and then dropping in to beautiful Paris. I have not been to either place in eleven years and have never travelled on my own so the adrenalin is definitely flowing.
As I prepare to finish up with work a week before the official holidays I am trying to get everything done. As I tick off one thing on my 'to do list' I add two more ... but I'm sure I'll be ready for departure at 3pm on the 2nd April.
I am travelling with a greater level of technology, having recently purchased an iPad. Hopefully that will mean more regular updates and this time, unlike O Canada, there will be pictures to add to any jealousy I may inspire.
So again you are invited to read as you feel inclined and share the excitement of being surrounded by the new life of spring as we celebrate Easter. We really are at a disadvantage at this time of the year here downunder.
